Lawton has been expertly repairing buses and coaches since the 1920s. Needing to move with the times, the company asked Jack to create a brand strategy and new identity. Changing from Lawton Motor Body Building Company Ltd to the simpler Lawton Services was a good start. We also recommend a series of sub-brands, clearly identifying to customers the services the company offers.

Once the brands were agreed, we produced signage, uniforms, a tone-of-voice guide for how best to communicate with customers, advertising and photography. We also implemented a very cost-effective, easy-to-update website with the facility to download content.
